10 Years of Story Design
Summer 2017 signalled the start of the 10th anniversary year of i2, as nine years had passed since the founding of i2. Over the years, digitalisation has changed the world and there’s no way back. While this has provided plenty of opportunities for service development and marketing communications, it has made
attracting people’s attention even harder than before – and more important.
To be successful in the future, too, we have to genuinely bring the customer to the core of our operations and reflect on what we can offer. In the midst of all this digitalisation, it’s good to remember that in the end, it’s still all about interpersonal communication – Digital Mind, Analog Heart.
